1. Service Fees and Deposits All consulting engagements require a signed agreement outlining the scope of work and associated fees. Deposits or retainers paid in advance are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
2. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
